Our Vision:
A ministry that serves people at the end of life was planted in my heart several years ago as I worked through the various levels of long term care. There is something so raw and vulnerable about having the privilege and honor to serve others at the end of life that I knew this is what my purpose was. Since then, along with my business partner, Sam Swartz, and God’s provisions, we were able to establish The Grace Space.

Our Space & Team
Grace Space care team will be specially trained in end-of-life care to include: comfort touch, music & aromatherapy, art, animal, massage, and nature therapy will be highly encouraged for each of our residents and an important part of their daily activity.
Spiritual Care & Resources
Spiritual care is also of the utmost importance for our residents. No matter your belief, The Grace Space team will provide you with spiritual care resources to meet your spiritual needs. Daily chapel services will be provided as well as pastoral care. The care team will be knowledgeable and honor all religions and religious practices, as well as cultural needs and preferences, serving the mind, body, and spirit through their journey.
Our Posture of Care
We realize that there are very specific needs that need to be met at the end of life. Our team will provide each resident with an individualized plan of care, driven by each resident as well as access to counseling services to help individuals work through end-of-life concerns, fears, questions, and unfinished business. We will embrace the end-of-life journey rather than fighting it.
We encourage our residents to embrace their end-of-life journey, making final wishes come true and helping each day to be full, meaningful, pain and anxiety free and living each day as if it were the last.
